The Company will serve clients across the fabrication industry involving heavy construction, oil and gas, pipeline construction, offshore projects, structural steel fabrication, and general manufacturing industries.
The Company will provide a vertically integrated mix of products and services tailored to industrial B2B clients. The Company will supply welding & cutting consumables on a wholesale basis, including carbon steel electrodes, stainless steel wires, flux-cored arc welding wires, and submerged arc welding wire and flux & abrasives, The Company will also sell advanced welding and cutting equipment such as STT systems, SAW systems, FCAW-GS units, Hot Wire TIG systems, mechanized carriages, and portable cutting tables.
In addition to products, the Company will deliver high-value technical services including on-site process optimization, welding procedure development compliant with AWS and ASME codes, operator training, and troubleshooting for high-productivity welding. The Company will further offer custom fabrication and mechanical support, performing small to medium-scale custom fabrication, mechanical repairs, and plant maintenance assistance for local manufacturers and job shops. Finally, the Company will provide industrial services such as shutdown support, equipment rental, and commissioning assistance for contractors and end-users.
